It is possible to cancel the stay free of charge if the cancellation occurs more than 45 days before the start date of the stay.

These deadlines are given in clear days. The cancellation conditions are stipulated without prejudice to the application of force majeure. In the event of modification of the stay once on site and in particular in the event of early departure before the scheduled date, the tenant will not be able to claim any reimbursement.
If the owner is forced to cancel the rental, the sums paid by the tenant will be refunded to him as well as possible compensation for moral and financial damage that he may suffer as a result of the cancellation.
However, in the event force majeure falling neither to the fact nor to the responsibility of the owner, the tenant will not be able to claim any additional compensation.
