  • WHO ARE WE AND WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?

    Les Chalets Plein Sud are a complex of 6 chalets located in Isola 2000, in the Alpes Maritimes, 80km from Nice airport.


    Our 6 chalets are divided into two categories: Luxury 4* and Prestige 5*.


    The Luxury category:

    Le Chalet Petit Ours (6 people)
    Le Chalet Marmotte (12 people)
    Le Chalet Castor (13 people)


    The Prestige category:

    Chalet Caribou (11 people)
    Chalet K2 (15 people)
    Le Chalet Chamois (13 people)

    Our offices are located at the station entrance roundabout.

    Our Luxury chalets are located on the slopes, on the snow front, just above the shopping mall.
    Our Prestige chalets are located a little higher up, close to the slopes and out of sight for a stay in complete privacy.

  • CAN LES CHALETS PLEIN SUD COMMUNICATE PERSONAL INFORMATION?

    No, we never share any personal information. We consider that each client is unique, free and that each reservation is personal. We treat your personal data confidentially.

  • HOW TO SEARCH FOR A CHALET?

    Our chalets are unique, in order to meet the different needs of our customers. To find the one that suits you best, you have several options:

    • You can call us on 04 23 32 01 60 and one of our hostesses will be happy to advise you.
    • You can contact us by e-mail on contact@leschaletspleinsud.com specifying the dates, the number of people and your needs.
  • DO YOU HAVE THE PROPERTY TO YOUR OWN?

    Our chalets are independent. When you make a reservation, you and your hosts will be the only tenants of the chalets.

  • IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM RENTAL DURATION FOR OUR CHALETS?

    During school holidays, chalets are available for rental for a minimum period of 7 nights.

    During these periods, check-ins for the Petit Ours, Marmotte and Caribou chalets take place on Saturdays.

    Check-ins for the Castor and Caribou chalets take place on Sundays.

    Check-ins take place from 4:00 p.m. and check-outs take place until 10:00 a.m. whatever the period.

    Chamois Chamois is currently closed for work.

    Outside school holiday periods, it is possible to reserve a chalet from 3 nights.

    There is no maximum rental period for our chalets.

  • WHEN IS YOUR RESERVATION CONFIRMED?

    Your reservation is considered firm upon receipt of payment and signature of the rental contract.

  • WHAT ARE OUR HOURS?

    During the season, our offices are open 7/7 to our customers for any request for information:


    Monday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

    Tuesday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

    Wednesday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

    Thursday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

    Friday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

    Saturday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. / 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.


    Sunday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. / 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.


    Service in the chalets:

    Our teams are at your disposal from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for all requests that require travel to the chalets.

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NOTICE A PROBLEM OR DAMAGE UPON ARRIVING IN THE CHALET?

    If, despite all our efforts and our checks, you observe a problem in the chalet, do not hesitate to report it immediately to a member of our team.

  • WHEN WILL THE CLEANING BE DONE?

    For stays of one week or more, a mid-stay cleaning is included in our chalets. Our teams carry out maintenance of the common areas of your chalets without changing linen.

    Cleaning of the Petit Ours, Marmotte and Caribou chalets takes place on Tuesdays. Cleaning of the Castor and K2 chalets takes place on Wednesdays.

    For an additional fee, it is however possible to plan other cleaning sessions as well as linen changes during your stay.

  • WHO WILL I SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT WITH?

    The rental contract must be signed with Les Chalets Plein Sud before your arrival. We also sign the contract and a copy is sent to you at your request.

  • THE INSURANCE

    We do not offer insurance but you simply need to declare the rental of a holiday chalet to your home insurance: this will then extend to the rented property for the specific duration of your rental.


    It is essential that you make this declaration to your insurance in order to be covered in the event of a disaster, explosion, water damage or theft.

  • IS THE DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

    Payment of the deposit is obligatory before entering the premises. The amount of the deposit will be kept in an escrow account for the duration of your stay to protect us mutually and facilitate procedures in the event of damage. 

  • HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?

    The amount of the deposit differs depending on the chalet.

    Luxury Chalets (Little Bear, Marmotte and Beaver): €3000

    Les Chalets Prestige (Caribou, K2, Chamois): €5,000

  • WHEN AND HOW IS THE DEPOSIT GIVEN?

    The deposit is returned to you in the initial payment method, within 5 working days following check-out, if no damage has been noted. We ensure that it is returned as quickly as possible. Please note, an additional period may apply regardless of our will, for certain credit cards or transfers to certain countries (for example, deferred debit cards may cause a delay in the reimbursement date).

  • DAMAGE IS OBSERVED IN THE CHALET, WHAT IS HAPPENING?

    The deposit is blocked in an escrow account and no action can be taken without prior discussion.
    If we observe a problem or damage, we will contact you immediately to discuss it and find a solution. If the damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, we will then initiate proceedings to obtain compensation. 

  • IF THE AMOUNT OF THE DEPOSIT DOES NOT COVER THE TOTAL DAMAGE, WHAT IS THE RELIEF INSURANCE?

    If the damage is your fault, your insurance taken out as part of the rental will be binding. If the damage is not your fault, the rental insurance will take precedence.

  • WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT CONDITIONS?

    It is possible to pay for a reservation in two ways:

    - In full at the time of booking, on our site, by check or bank transfer.

    - By paying a deposit of 30% of the reservation by check or bank transfer. In this case, the balance must be paid in full maximum 1 month before your arrival.

    If the balance is not paid within these deadlines, we reserve the freedom to terminate the rental contract and consider the reservation as void.

    For the sake of financial clarity, we distinguish rentals from additional services, tourist tax and deposit which are subject to separate payments.

    The conditions will depend on the service and the providers.

    Payments are made in euros.
