General Rental Conditions WINTER 2023 - 2024
1/ APPLICATION
The general rental conditions are applicable for any reservation made:

2/ ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Our chalets are available for check-in from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Check-out must be established in our offices at the station entrance before your departure.
For delayed arrival and departure times, please contact us. (An additional charge will be requested).
For arrivals after 6:00 p.m., we will ask you to inform us in order to organize ourselves to offer you the best possible welcome.
3/ TIMES
Our offices are open 7/7 during the season for any requests for information.
Monday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Thursday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. / 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. / 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Service in the chalets:
Our teams are at your disposal from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for all service requests in our chalets.
4/ The STAY
Breakfast will be left in your chalet every morning by the housekeeper in charge of your stay (a basket of pastries and fresh bread).
Unconsumed breakfasts will not be refunded. Any additional requests will be charged.
Common areas will be cleaned mid-stay. Any additional cleaning will be charged.
Bed linen, bath linen and welcome products are included in your reservation. The Chalets are fully equipped to meet your needs.
Each chalet is equipped with Internet. The WIFI code will be sent to you upon your arrival.
A receptionist is at your disposal in our offices at the station entrance.
5/ PRICES and SERVICES
The prices are indicated in euros and include tax, they are valid only on the day of reservation for the dates requested and the type of chalet selected with any additional services selected. They take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the reservation.
Any change in the applicable rate, any modification or introduction of new legal taxes introduced by the competent authorities, will be automatically reflected in the prices indicated on the invoice date.
Any request for modification of services concerning a reservation made must be sent in writing via our website www.leschaletspleinsud.com or by e-mail to lcps@newmax.fr
The modification can only be accepted and confirmed based on availability at the time of the request.
Payment for extras will be invoiced at the end of your stay. Unless otherwise agreed, no payment deadline will be granted.
However, in the event that an extra was not billed at the time of check-out but charged to the customer account for whatever reason, Les Chalets Plein Sud will reserve the right to debit the customer's card for the amount. to be paid and will send the proof to the customer by email.
A deposit will be requested by check or bank imprint upon arrival.
This will be returned at the end of your stay, after inventory, if no damage or offense has been committed.
The photographs presented on the site are not always contractual.
We do everything we can to ensure that the photographs give as accurate an overview as possible of the accommodation services offered. Variations may occur, in particular due to changes in furniture, work or possible renovations. The customer cannot claim any claim as a result.
6/ PAYMENT
The customer makes the reservation by payment (of the entire stay) on the website www.leschaletspleinsud.com or by telephone on 06 18 92 95 87.
Case of refused payment: in the case of a refused payment, please contact us by telephone or by e-mail at lcps@newmax.fr
Any unpaid reservation is not confirmed.
The amount charged when booking includes: the price of accommodation, VAT, breakfast, cleaning, linen, reception and laundry costs.
The amount debited when booking does not include: tourist tax, supplements, deposit.
7/ CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Due to the tenant:
It is possible to cancel the stay free of charge if the cancellation occurs more than 45 days before the start date of the stay.
However, reimbursement will be limited to:
- 70% of the total cost if cancellation occurs between the 30th and 45th day,
- 50% between the 15th and 30th day,
- Void from the 14th day.
These deadlines are given in clear days. The cancellation conditions are stipulated without prejudice to the application of force majeure. In the event of modification of the stay once on site and in particular in the event of early departure before the scheduled date, the tenant will not be able to claim any reimbursement.
Due to the owner:
If the owner is forced to cancel the rental, the sums paid by the tenant will be reimbursed as well as possible compensation for moral and financial damage that he may suffer as a result of the cancellation.
However, in the event of force majeure arising neither from the fact nor from the responsibility of the owner, the tenant will not be able to claim any additional compensation.
The owner reserves the right to cancel the contract automatically:
- If the tenant sublets the property without prior written authorization from the owner;
- In case of exceeding the number of authorized people;
- In the event of neighborhood disturbances or nuisance.
8/ TRAVEL INSURANCE
Les Chalets Plein Sud cannot be held responsible for events of any nature (example: transport strike, virus or pandemic, road closure, landslide, snowfall, lack of snow, ski accidents or problems family) which may lead to a cancellation or modification of your stay, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance of your choice. Les Chalets Plein Sud also undertake to provide you with any document proving your financial commitment to the initial stay for any useful purpose.
9/ PETS
Pets are allowed in the chalets. They must have a personal cushion or basket and must not disturb the peace of other neighbors. Animals must be declared when booking. Large animals and dangerous animals will not be admitted. An animal health record must be presented upon arrival. A tax of €50 will be payable at the time of payment or in our offices at the end of your stay.
10/ PARKING
The chalets have sufficient uncovered space to park one or two vehicles per chalet.
11/ NOISE and MALICIOUS
Any behavior contrary to good morals and public order will lead the hostess to ask the customer to immediately leave the establishment without any compensation and without any reimbursement even if payment has already been made without delay.

The client undertakes not to invite any person whose behavior is likely to harm the chalets, the latter reserving the right to intervene if necessary. The client undertakes to ensure that participants and their guests respect all the instructions and regulations of the chalets (in particular the ban on smoking).
The client will ensure that participants do not disrupt the operation of the chalets or jeopardize the safety of the property or the people there.
12/ RESPONSIBILITY
The customer will be held responsible for any damage, any degradation, any act of vandalism or theft which may occur due to their occupation, whether to movable, decorative or real estate belonging or not to Chalets Plein Sud< /p>
As a result, the hostess may therefore ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and without any reimbursement for the current stay, and to reimburse the damage caused by these acts even after departure and without possible dispute, as well as unsaleable nights following this damage and as long as the room(s), common areas, hammam or sauna or any installation is restored.
Consequently, we invite the customer to notify us immediately of any problem, apparent or not, in order to be able to identify the cause, the responsibility and the solution to be provided in an amicable manner, failing which all the costs incurred to recover the damage will be the responsibility of the customer.
The chalets may release themselves from their obligations or suspend their execution if they find themselves unable to assume them due to the occurrence of a case of force majeure, and in particular in the event of total destruction or partial ownership of a chalet, strike, etc.
Les Chalets Plein Sud cannot be held responsible for the non-execution or poor execution of a reservation.
13/ APPLICABLE LAW
These General Rental Conditions are governed by French law.
This is the case for both the substantive rules and the formal rules.
